Did you know that up to 70-85% of pets over three years old have some degree of dental disease? It can cause significant pain and suffering that we often don't even know about because animals are experts at hiding their pain. But pets have problems with plaque, tartar, gingivitis and periodontal disease just like humans. Poor dental health can lead to bad breath, infections, pain and the loss of teeth. It can even contribute to diseases in the heart and other organs.

The good news is that we are equipped to help prevent and treat dental disease of varying degrees. We will assess your pet's oral health during routine examinations and make recommendations based on our findings.

  • Bad breath
  • Yellow or brown tartar on the teeth
  • Pawing or rubbing at the mouth
  • Drooling
  • Difficulty eating
  • Abscess on the cheek
  • Loose teeth or tooth loss
  • Increased irritability for unknown reasons
